EMS training is a joint-gentle, high-intensity whole-body workout. Using a special type of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), the muscles of the entire body are trained at the same time in just 20 minutes.
The application is simple but very effective: a total of eight pairs of electrodes incorporated into a belt system are attached to all large muscle groups (legs, stomach, buttocks, back, chest, arms, shoulders). These muscle groups, as well as all muscles in between and/or deeper (e.g. pelvic floor and deep back muscles), are simultaneously stimulated and trained using electrical impulses. This type of training means that each individual muscle is trained in a much shorter time and many times more intensively and more often than is possible with conventional strength training. A training period of 20 minutes corresponds to the effectiveness of 2-3 hours of conventional strength training and brings about an enormous increase in performance for health, leisure and competitive athletes. Thanks to individual support, the dosage of stress can be adjusted to the current performance level at any time.
A total of eight pairs of electrodes are attached to the large main muscle groups (legs, stomach, buttocks, back, shoulders, arms). Pleasantly stimulating impulses stimulate the agonist and antagonist as well as deep muscle areas at the same time. Users benefit directly from the electrifying benefits because physical performance is increased in its entirety. Within a very short time, successes can be seen and felt, fat and weight are reduced, muscles are built, strength and endurance are increased, body shapes and problem areas are tightened and general well-being and feeling of movement are improved.
